On Barack Obama's web site, change.gov, the issue the garnered more votes than any was the
one proposing Obama appoint a special prosecutor to investigate crimes of the Bush administration.
The Change.gov web site is now gone but the top issues, save one, have been moved to Whitehouse.gov
as an agenda list. The top vote getting issue, special prosecutor, does not appear. We need to
keep this in the public eye, in Obama's face. We need to hold his feet to the fire to get this done! If
Bush is not prosecuted we have effectively legalized torture and Bush's other crimes, no matter what
treaties we have signed.

Please write our attorney general Eric Holder and ask that he appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Bush and Cheney for war crimes. Write him at address askdoj@usdoj.gov
