Does anyone have an idea how the Planning Appeals Commission (PAC) can be funded by, but yet, not be accountable to the Office of First and Deputy First Minister. The PAC have been working on BMAP for over 5 years and the complete report is well overdue. They still have not delivered what they where supposed to a number of Years ago...

They release parts of the report to the DOE but the DOE will not publish anything until they get the entire report - Great joined up thinking there Northern Ireland Departments !

Time for new way to address planning and get some development / jobs generated again I think !
